DreamWeaving
The Ritual of Creating your Own DreamCatcher
Sure a Dreamcatcher can catch your bad dreams… but when you create your own, you weave in your good dreams too.
For many years I’d been on the search for a Dreamcatcher that really spoke to me. But after so long not finding one, I felt called to make my own — and that’s where the magic began! I had no idea what I was in for. I started with one intention, and through the weaving process, unwound the truer dream that was within me. It was like a meditation that gave me a deeper answer to a question I didn’t even know I was asking.

Making your own dream catcher is like a prayer …
When we weave, we imbue our work with what we wish to bring in for our own life, and to ease our path with greater joy and fulfillment. This powerful spiritual practice is an intention setting meditation beyond all measure—helping you to attain the truest story you wish for your life.
We are in a time of new dreams, new visions. A time of building new lives for ourselves that work in harmony with the new earth we are creating. This is a powerful time for making our dreams manifest in a more genuine and authentic way. Creating your own dreamcatcher can help you to set and attain these dreams.

Join Laurelle as she guides you through the physical and metaphysical aspects of creating your own dreamcatcher. She will provide the basic tools needed to make your dreamcatcher (4″-6″ hoops, feathers, suede, ribbons, crystals, beads and shells)—but be sure to bring your own beads and other items to tie in so it works with your intentions, and is truly your own!
Similar to making a crystal grid, but more permanent, this is a great practice not only for holding the intention you set, but also for getting to the core essence of what you wish to bring through on the deepest level. Plus it makes a beautiful yet practical decoration to keep you vigilant in your pursuit.
••• Additional Note •••
Creating your own dreamcatcher is a personal process. While some are able to finish their pieces during the time alloted, others will need some time beyond the class to complete theirs. This is a normal and natural creative outcome. You will receive all of the instruction and items needed to create your piece, and be able to complete the majority of the work during the workshop, but please be aware that the finishing decorative touches may need to happen outside of class time for your individual creative impulses to be honored.
This Workshop is available upon request, either privately or in groups.
